We work with experienced dealership operators pursuing a direct path to ownership. Most have led stores at a high level but are constrained by capital, structure, or OEM approval complexity. We evaluate operator background, OEM viability, and deal alignment, then structure opportunities where operators step into meaningful ownership with the right capital partners in place.
Capital Partners
We partner with family offices and private investors seeking direct exposure to dealership cash flow through operator-led structures. Rather than broad deal flow, we present a small number of structured opportunities with vetted operators and defined ownership frameworks. Each opportunity is evaluated for long-term alignment, not just transaction execution.
Dealers & Sellers
We work with dealer principals and ownership groups exploring transitions, succession, or off-market opportunities. This includes situations where an operator-led structure may provide a more aligned outcome than a traditional sale process. Engagements are handled privately and selectively, with a focus on continuity, execution, and long-term fit.
