This Privacy Policy describes how Synapse Enterprises LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as OperatorX Capital ("OXC," "we," "us"), collects and uses information through opxcap.com (the "Site").

The Site is built on Wix, which collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies used to operate and secure the Site. For details on Wix's practices, see Wix's privacy documentation.
2. How we use information. We use the information you provide to review submissions, evaluate potential alignment, respond to inquiries, communicate with you, and operate and improve the Site. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
3. How information is shared.

Service providers: the Site runs on Wix, and intake submissions are collected and processed through Fillout, a third-party form provider. Information you submit is stored and processed by these providers on our behalf. We may also use standard business tools such as email to review and manage submissions.

Transaction evaluation: as described on our Begin Intake page, opportunities may be presented on an anonymized basis to select counterparties to assess alignment. Identifying information is not shared externally without consent.

Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OXC or others.
4. Data retention. We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate opportunities, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
5. Your choices and rights. You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through the Site. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
6. Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
7. Children. The Site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Security. We rely on the security practices of our platform providers and take reasonable steps to limit access to submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
